The Production Management Leadership Program (PMLP) is an exciting new specialization of the undergraduate curriculum for Industrial Engineering students who want to pursue a career in manufacturing or production management upon graduation.
What is PMLP?
Developed as a solution for local industry challenges in hiring and retaining first-line supervisors, this partnership with major automotive manufacturing organizations such as General Motors, Ford, DaimlerChrysler, and Visteon focuses on delivering a sequence of courses, projects, and applied experiences to develop the skills necessary for a career in manufacturing and production engineering. Labor relations courses created specifically for PMLP students fit within the existing specialization and elective structure of the BSIE program.
