The department recently launched a major restructuring of its entire array of master's degree options to better align our programs with the needs of local industry. To provide flexibility, the programs include a mix of four credit and two credit courses. All of the degree programs are designed around real-world specializations so as to create a focused and integrated educational experience. Our faculty have strong theoretical backgrounds coupled with extensive real-world experience.
We offer the following programs:

>>Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering (32 credits) with specializations in
- Computer Integrated Manufacturing
- Integrated Product Engineering
- Quality Engineering
>>Master of Science in Engineering Management (42 credits) that is a joint effort with the School of Business.
>>Professional Engineering Management Program
The Professional Engineering Management Masters Program is an exclusive, nomination-only program offered at Ford and Visteon, and is available to other companies interested in cultivating advanced engineering and managerial skills in their high-potential engineers.
